Chief Dr. Chidi Anyaegbu (FCILC MFR CON)
Executive Chairman
Dr. Chidi Anyaegbu MFR is a Nigerian businessman and transport mogul. He is the founder and owner of Chisco Group Ltd and Havila Air. Born on September 13th, 1956 in Amichi, Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State, he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate from St. Andrew's Primary School, Amichi, Nnewi in 1971. He attended several Management and Entrepreneurial institutions in France, USA, Brazil, Germany, and United Kingdom. In 1996, he was conferred with a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (Honoris Causa) by Penn State University, USA. He ventured into business in 1975 selling spare parts at the spare parts market in Ebute Metta, Lagos. In 1981, he started Chisco Transport Nigeria Ltd and subsequently diversified into oil and gas, hospitality, courier, real estate and other companies. Chief Anyaegbu is married to Ngozi Anyaegbu with children.
Ifesinachi Andrew Muoneme
Chief Executive Officer
Ifesinchi Andrew Muoneme (Esq.), born on November 3rd, is a seasoned legal practitioner and consultant with a strong academic and professional background. He holds a Diploma in Law and an LL.B from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, and earned his B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law (LL.M) from the prestigious BPP University Law School, Holborn, London, UK, and is currently pursuing a Business Management program at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Nigerian Shippers Council, where he currently serves as the Public Relations Officer at the Abuja Shippers Association. He has a strong interest in corporate investment and has served as a consultant to various corporate entities including EDS Trading Company Ltd, Subtle Atlas Ltd, OG God's Investment Ltd, and Sinachi Oil and Gas Ltd on matters relating to asset acquisition, management, and disposition. With vast experience in the real estate sector, he is the property consultant to the Executive Chairman of Chelsea Group Ltd, the Executive Chairman of Chisco Group of Companies, and the Chief Executive Officer of EDS Trading Services Ltd.
